Nicole Scherzinger displays her athletic physique as she steps out in frayed skinny jeans and killer heels

Nicole Scherzinger turned in a confident display at ITV on Friday after arriving to promote her new music on daytime show This Morning.

The 36-year-old singer looked stunning in a pair of on-trend ripped jeans as she made her way inside for a chat with hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

Their snug fit accentuated Nicole’s athletic frame, while her black sleeveless top exposed a pair of nicely toned arms.

Nicole, who recently spoke about the weight issues she struggled with while performing with the Pussycat Dolls, was on hand to perform new single On The Rocks, the latest single from forthcoming album Big Fat Lie.

Referring to the LP’s title, she explained: ‘The biggest lies are the lies we tell ourselves. There’s a song on the album called Big Fat Lie and I’m addressing some personal issues that I’ve had in the past that I’ve conquered and moved forward from.

‘I want to be a voice and a light for other people. Sometimes we have these voices in our heads; we all have our own issues or demons that just hold us back and keep us feeling small and less than.’

She added: ‘I’m human just like everybody else and I break just like everybody else and hopefully people find this album honest and relatable.’

Speaking to The Evening Standard this week, she  said her body confidence made her feel inferior to her former band-mates.

'I wasn't enough, that I wasn't pretty, that I was fat, and that I wasn't worthy of more.

Her heartbreaking revelation comes as she prepares to release her sophomore album, which she credits with helping her to overcome her self-esteem woes.

'It's a very personal album to me. It's a transitional album, and it's very honest and authentic,' she admitted.

'I'm addressing some issues and things I've battled with in my life in the album and hopefully people can feel like they can relate to it.'

The stunning star’s admission about her therapeutic new album comes after she bravely opened up about her eight-year battle with bulimia.

Nicole had previously revealed her affecting relationship with the eating disorder back in 2012, shortly after becoming an X Factor judge.

She told VH1 at the time: ‘I never spoke about it, I never want to play a victim and I never wanted my family to hear about things from me because I think it would break their heart.

'I guess it was like my addiction. I never did drugs, but kinda doing things to myself was my addiction.'

The stunning brunette has been busy promoting her upcoming album Big Fat Lie, her second solo record since splitting from The Pussycat Dolls in 2011.

As well as her flourishing career as a singer, which kicked off in 2005 when she joined as the lead member of the Don’t Cha hit making dance troupe, the American superstar has also seen success in many other avenues.

Beyonce channels pin-up model Bettie Page with new fringe and floral playsuit as she enjoys night out with Jay Z and Adele

She caused quite the media frenzy with her new fringe this week, but Beyonce managed to work the new look with ease by channelling 1950s pin-up model Bettie Page on Friday evening.

The statuesque star was unable to hide her smile when she was pictured heading to Harry’s Bar in London with husband Jay Z and fellow songstress Adele.

The 33-year-old showed off her fashion credentials in a floral printed playsuit, while she added some height to the proceedings with an envy-inducing pair of black strappy heels.

Beyonce accessorised her style even further with various earrings and a black designer clutch, while the 44-year-old rapper kept things cool in a camouflage jacket and tailored trousers.

Although the couple made quite the bold entrance, Adele, 26, tried to keep a low-profile by covering her face with her hands as she made her way inside the venue.

The London-born star rocked a pair of black cropped skinnies and a caped grey coat, while teaming her attire with classic brogues.

Meanwhile, earlier in the day the couple decided to hire out the entire Bramleys Big Adventure playground just for Blue Ivy.

Jay Z was seen outside the venue located in Notting Hill under the Westway and they paid a minimum of £550 for the privilege.

Though the adventure park isn’t exactly the most luxurious of establishments, it is located in the area many believe the couple have bought property.

It was reported Jay Z and Beyonce bought themselves a sprawling £5.5million London townhouse.

After looking both in Mayfair and out in the sticks – the Cotswolds – the pair are believed to have chosen a detached property in West London.

A source is reported to have said: ‘Both Jay and Beyonce are Anglophiles and have been toying with the idea of getting a pad for a couple of years now.

'On previous trips, they have stayed in five star hotels and, on one occasion, a rented mansion. While money isn't an issue, it makes sense for them to have a more permanent base and get to know one particular area.

As well as a host of trendy restaurants and Portobello market, their supposed new home is near a number of top primary schools – should the couple want to make the move more permanent and school Blue Ivy in England.
